Onertrip (OneRtrip) is a travel marketplace that connects people with local tour guides, hireable professionals, nearby events, and community blogs — plus trip planning, in-app chat, bookings, ratings, travel insurance, emergency numbers, and global eSIM. Shipped as a Flutter iOS/Android app, a React web app at onertrip.com, and a Next.js admin console on Firebase.

Challenge
The Problem
Build one product for travelers and local businesses: dual traveler/company roles, geo-aware discovery, bookings and requests, realtime chat, maps, payments, multilingual web, and an ops dashboard — without splitting into disconnected apps.
Solution
What We Built
We delivered a three-part stack from the Onertrip workspace: a Flutter app (GetX + Provider) with Firebase Auth/Firestore/Storage/Messaging, Google Maps, PayPal, Apple/Google sign-in, eSIM, and location-based emergency numbers; a React + Vite + Firebase website with i18n (EN/JA/RU/MN) and Leaflet maps; and a Next.js admin for users, ads, blogs, bookings, events, and content settings.
